• Handful of Flat Leaf Parsley
• 1/2 Handful of Cilantro
• 1 Med Shallot
• 1 Jalapeño (de-seed)
• 4 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 tsp Dry Oregano
• 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
• Some Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
• 3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
• About 1/2 c EVOO
• 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
