Cool! Thank you. It looks easy enough. I just have to find the beans :-)

Nice job. You grew them perfectly. Nice fat stems. Leaves are yellow not green. Perfect.

Thanks for the video and I am going to try with the weight, my goal is to get the most volume possible, I have done in so many different ways. I even built an automatic watering system with an aquarium pump, my first week I got 7X1. 125 gs of dried beans I got about 900 gs. I setup my pump to water every 6 hours for one minute, it adds about 25 ml of water and drains down to the bottom of my container. I am now on my second week but this time I am going to change the water on the fourth day to see if makes any difference.

It has roots but in groceries, there are no roots. How to scrap them off?

My food market no longer sells fresh bean sprouts because, I am told, the sprouts can harbor Salmonella or e. coli. Since I have little choice, I will try to duplicate the method seen in your video, but are you aware of any health concerns by using possibly 'contaminated' beans. One source recommends heating the beans for 5 minutes at 140 degrees F. in hydrogen peroxide. My mung beans were purchased from Amazon.

I can't figure the reason for the weight.

The theory is to keep pressure on the beans and roots as they grow so they grow wide instead of skinny and long.
