Title should be how to transplant. There is no care information. Pooh!😕

I liked seeing the repotting process. The music was a little distracting to be honest🙄 I'm sorry to mention it but I think it would help, if you talked about a little of the care & how to grow it since your title says, how to grow silver quill🙄 I got pretty excited when I found the video on how to grow this but it was just music lol... thanks for your time and video, it was much appreciated and I did enjoy it!🌸 It was fascinating to see how big yours have grown! They are such beauties and you have so many of them too 💕 Have a beautiful day! Thanks again for sharing this with us 🐝🍃

It's very easy to grow and since it's a succulent in bulb form it doesn't need a lot of water. It likes bright light to keep its leopard spots, without it the spots fade. If you over water it the bulb will begin to rot. It grows quite fast, forming lots of bulbs that you can separate and grow new plants. It's a tender bulb but can be put outdoors to maintain its vibrant pattern but I wouldn't put it in direct beating sun for long periods because it may burn. You have to bring it in or it will freeze in the winter. It grows long spikes of tiny white flowers. The bulbs kept falling from mine and I repotted them but when winter came and I brought them in I neglected them and forgot to water them, they began to dry out, but water did revive them. After a continued pattern of neglecting them awaiting spring, I totally neglected them and they finally withered away, but I do still have the mother plant and two other specimens...have them for over 12yrs now. I even gave some away. Not only is it called silver squill, but leopard lily and wood hyacinth. I realize this is a 3yr old post but just in case you still have it thought this would help. I am sure you figured this all out by now like I did. lol I could send you a few bulbs from mine if you no longer have it...just pay the postage which would be minimal.

The bulbs should NOT be under the soil: they need to sit half above it.

Click bait! There is nothing in this video that tells you about how to care for these plants

Because there basically didn't need special care lol. I even try plated it in lava stone crack without soil and it's growing just fine. Except, maybe it won't grew new sprout by this from my observation

The plant at the far right in the back has a little runner growing off of it. I believe that's how the flowers grow? But I understand they do not bloom indoors, so what do you do with that runner coming off the plant? Do you just cut it off?

Hi there, I just purchased some of this plant at a nursery, but the leaves on mine are not as wide and look longer. I was told it is a Ledebouria Socialis, is this the same plant? Thanks. :)

That's what I was going to ask. I have the one with the thin taller leaves too.🙂 I don't know why people make videos & won't answer questions. 😡

Same plant! Ledebouria is formerly scilla. The name changed.
