Already have a big one 😭😭😭 i used to think by training it would shrink but just got rounder and big since i wasnt in a calorie defict. I need tips on losing fat and weight, im not overweight but i have body fat that i wanna get rid of. Do i really have to eat less carbs go for low carb do cardio hiit and your bodyweight exercises? Arr carbs really enemy, i tried low carb and keto but i dont seem to have energy to workout im tired, shaky hands and with huge headache when i try that diet. Please i need an advise.

If you have low energy, I would just add sessions of cardio in the 'fat burning zone' in addition to weightlifting to maintain or grow muscles depending the type of training. Eat at a total calorie deficit, but try to keep protein pretty high. So if you're around 130lbs, aim for like 100g of protein. 100-140g of protein for most women will suffice in a total body recomp. Or you can try intermittent fasting while eating at a maintenance level of total calories to lose fat cells. Best to eat carbs prior to weightlifting workouts so that your body is using those carbs as fuel instead of protein. I'm on the same boat and already brought my body fat percentage down by 5% in two weeks. I started at 27%. I haven't lost much muscle either, just a lot of water weight and fat since I've been working out and drinking a gallon of water a day. I take BPI's CLA and L-Carnitine powder prior to weightlifting once I already had meals with carbs. Seems to help out.

Kelly s if you’re going to go lighter you have to make it challenging. If you want to keep your butt, you can do this by changing up the tempo (slow and controlled/adding isometric contractions- which are use pauses at peak contraction), doing pulses or ‘3/4’ of a rep to keep tension, doing higher repetitions, faster resting periods, etc. Personally for me, the type of exercises that my butt responds to well with lighter weights are booty pumpers so like butt bridges with the weight on top. You can try adding resistant bands as well. Honestly, even buying 4lb pair ankle weights (2lbs each) from Marshall’s or T.J.Maxx and doing 3 sets of 20 straight-leg kickbacks with 10 pulses at the end of each set and choosing 3-6 other exercises will get a good burn. And those are fairly inexpensive (under $10). With those ankle weights you can do single-leg butt bridges with the other leg in the air, etc. but resistant bands are fairly inexpensive too and there’s different types. The only thing with these exercises and with using lighter weights is that you’ll probably recover faster, which means you should do them more frequently. Like every other day to see results. For other body parts you can make it a HIIT-style workout plan where you are going hard and fast for a limited time and then resting and repeating in intervals. Usually these will incorporate more muscles, like a squat to a shoulder press. Or you can choose circuits with little to no rest in between each exercises, but a small resting period between each circuit set. I think for women, the upper body responds well to these exercises. Also just incorporating more body weight compounds, like tricep dips or varying pushups (for different targeted muscles) that don’t require any equipment. This will probably be a good place to start with the fat burning zone cardio

Eating in a caloric surplus should help. Also, even if your butt is muscle it’ll jiggle a bit
