If you have free weights lying around, you can use a climbing sheave (or any strong pulley) and some rope and you can turn the bar into a ghetto-ass rowing machine. I struggle with the wide grip pullups, this lets me work out those exact same muscles, but using less weight. You can either use the bands that came with the set or use a straight bar, depending on what you’re doing. You wont be pulling straight down, more of an angle since you need to brace your feet on the door frame.

definetly worth looking into, I'll say for where i'm at the pull up bar is primarly for decompressing my spine. thank you for the helpful words, glad to see things I can integrate into my workout! Stay Elevated!

What is the width of the outside handles. I can’t find it anywhere. Hand width is important on pull ups.
