In this video, you'll discover how to heal generalized anxiety disorder.
The key to overcoming anxiety is feeling.
Feeling is healing is the motto.
It goes against our very conditioning.
We think it's bad to feel this way.
Sure... It doesn't feel good and can be overwhelming.
But it's not necessarily bad or wrong to feel this way.
In fact, the way to overcome it is to feel it.
So, it's important that we learn to accept it as best as we can.
For only when we surrender do we truly let go.
When doing this we are shining the light of awareness onto our pain.
Becoming the observer, which is infinite consciousness.
We are not separate from it but part of it.
We are an extension of it.
Anxiety is just a temporary disruption in the body's energy system.
Knowing this and implementing it, is the most important aspect to anxiety recovery.
To enhance this process of recovery, we can engage in additional spiritual practices like inner work, movement, breathwork, and meditation.
Having a morning routine is key too.
This allows us to automate our spiritual growth.
Eating healthier is important as well since we are what we eat.
It eventually becomes inevitable that we let go of this situation and step into a new level of being when we approach it in this way.
One more thing is facing our fears. The more we do the uncomfortable, the more we become comfortable.
