Neem oil that late into flower would likely have negative impacts on the final product.

I had some..still might. Not into Neem as I am one to get stomach problems. Hand pick them and treated with DE. After several applications all seems good for now. 🤞

@@-Godliness yes, put some bifocals on and a glove and pick and pinch. Been doing it in my garden for years. We are apes, of course it comes naturally. Haha.. Not sure on major crops but for a small gardener like myself, it works for me. I will share this..my hands are limited due to neuro issues..may take me a long time with breaks but I get it done. Diligence and perseverance takes one far.

Try 20 drops of each of these essential oils per gallon of water. Rosemary, clove,thyme and mint or eucalyptus. Than add i tbs of castile liquid soap and one cup of whayever vegtable oil you have . So all this goes into one gallon of wayer and shake to mix up and help emulsify the oil and water. Use more soap if the oil amd water serperate. You can scale this up but again this is for one gallon of ready to use spray. Also things like spinosad or prethrins would also be effective. I like to rotate pesticides so the bugs cant become tolerant. Cheers from CT USA

Is it worth treating if it's in the last 3 weeks of flowering
@DeBaccoUniversity

Control should be implemented as soon as possible. That late into flowering will prove difficult, but still should be attempted to prevent potential spreading.

Didn't mention anything about lady bugs. Terrible information

Lady bugs are most effective on the eggs and larvae before they become adults. So if you are seeing adult Thrips minute pirate bugs would be a better choice.
