Suggestion... slow down when clicking. For example, when you are adding rigid bodies to the robot, it's difficult to catch what you are clicking on. We had to keep rewinding and slowing the video to catch what you are doing. Slower and more deliberate clicking would make it easier to follow along.

Still no link to the document mentioned in the video :( Also some steps are skipped. For example.. after importing step file (Not the same as video in newer version), the model has to be flattened and reimported ..

Fantastic video. I really appreciate the content. I would love to see follow on videos showing examples of adding of physics and articulation to a variety of robot arms. Having multiple examples would be great to learn from. For example, add a video for a 6-axis arm, Delta arm, and Scara. Nice work! Keep it up.

In which cad software can you make a Urdf file with mated joints to import into Isaac sim? I’m interested in a more efficient and precise workflow going from cad to sim and i am not very pleased with the step procedure where you have to drag in the pivot points manually and inaccurately.

Why in so much rush? Could slow down and teach us rather simply hovering and clicking.

I did import from File menu and it worked. It might freeze for a while with more complicated STEP files, but it is importing.
