Wellness programs fail because employees are not here to be well. They are here to be exploited to the highest possible degree with the least possible liability or cost to the company.

That may be true for some organizations, but fortunately many organizations really do care about their employees and are looking for ways to enhance their lives (and of course, doing so also enhances their performance at work). Thanks for taking the time to give it a look. Take care
