How to improve your apnea from home with stretching and training, get 2:30 apnea in 30 days.
In this video I show you how to train freediving at home with some basic stretching exercises to increase elasticity in the intercostal muscles and in the diaphragm and training using O2 and CO2 tables using a simple application.
With the training of the 02 tables we can accustom the body to being in low oxygen levels (hypoxia) and with the CO2 tables to tolerate a higher concentration of CO2 over time (hypercapnia).
Freediving is a capacity that we will be able to develop easily with training and perseverance, and that is very necessary to be able to feel more and more comfortable and safe in our days of spearfishing, making our margin of safety greater and greater.
With perseverance in a short time we can increase our apnea up to 2:30 minutes.
