I have been dealing with chronic cough for months and within minutes of nose clearing exercises and cough exercise seen on another butayko channel my cough is reduced at least 80% or more!

I’d love a video on why our breathing seems elevated when surfacing in our sleep. I’m only a few months into transitioning to slow and gentle nose breathing yet my breathing seems much faster when I wake and I have to slow it down again.

Hello Patrick, I have a question regarding humming for vagus nerve stimulation. I took my Blood pressure before humming and it was 128/78 I then hummed on the exhale of 6-7 breaths and my BP went up to 130/108! Is there an explanation as to why this can occur?

Just a question when i exhale slowly my throat are pounding I have anxiety that caused me high co2 intolerance I tried breathing true my nose i get chest discomfort from co2 But i got rid of yawning chest pressure burping deep breathing Thank you so much now i will try increase my co2 intolerance The last question should i take deep breath from time to time like once or two at day
