Call Center Ninja hello I would just like to ask something. Ehat should I do? I recently knew that I have an anxiety disorder I got it when I was transitioned into operations. For almost a month I have problems on sleeping, palpitations, it is really hard to calm down. Kept on worrying on some things. It is already affecting my work and I think call center job is not for me. What should I do?

I can definitely speak and understand English however, the TA and my trainer keep on commenting on how I sound so REGIONAL when I speak up (admittedly, this is true). Any tips to have a neutral accent? And how important to have a neutral accent working in American account? Anyhow, I really appreciate you imparting your exp to your fellow kolsener agents, specially to us, newbies and to aspiring agents.

Sab Grenade Hi Sab! First of all, good job for reaching training. 💗 I understand you might be nervous or anxious. Anxiety may not be an easy thing to overcome, but I suggest you practice deep breathing. You can find examples here on KZitem, or you try to write on a journal notebook so that you can release your anxiety. Also, it helps to speak with a friend. 💗
