For strength, you can also use the rope isometically or as a suspension trainer. For me, ropeflow gives me the agility of a little kid. I’m 50 but nobody believes me.

Hey 2 pieces of wood... Oh yeah, you can use what you described. There are so many possibilities. As for your increased moveability, I fully agree. Keep tricking people that age is just a number and not a definitive result of movement capability.
