Great reminder, perfect timing 🙌 Decode Your Fatigue was one of the books that got me through my relapse in 2022. Since moving out of my stressful childhood home this June, I’ve already doubled and tripled my daily activity. Being in a peaceful environment with my boyfriend has helped me so much. It seems like nothing to regular people but maintaining all our housekeeping tasks daily and able to walk at least 3-4kms too feels so satisfying when I compare it those bedbound days back in 2022, when walking 5 mins down the road would make my legs go numb/wobbly and I’d crash so much after that.
