Wow I'm learning so much much! I never knew that the "BI" in bicep actually meant four this whole time. And that two of the four parts of the "Bi"cep are actually located on the forearm. Crazy.

Do some Isolation.. 2x a week maybe 3. It's more important to hammer heavy presses for triceps (grows them like a weed with adequate stimulus & volume) Row variations, pull down variations and pull up variations are more compound movements that can target the biceps well...
