I have a 7 meter boat. If I were to buy a 100hp inboard motor, should I buy 12 batteries? Where do I put all these batteries on the boat? Is there that much room?

Looking at pictures of batteries placed in the boats, I don't notice any tie downs for them. Is this not mandatory under the ABYC rules & regulations?
