Nice truck! My father just bought a 1965 Ford f-100 and we have been purchasing parts and in the process of restoring it. I totally understand that having classic cars or trucks are ever ending projects but at the same time it’s fun fixing and adding modifications. 🙂

Hey Adriana! Thanks for watching the video. We couldn't agree more with you. Working on these old trucks is a lot of fun. Good luck with the f100 build you and your father are working on!

Hopefully it'll get easier, but I'm sure it won't. Thanks for watching Andy!

The bend could have been caused during shipping or someone before you, could have put in an incorrect fuel sending unit. Not 100% sure, but I think 67/newer sending units were straight and 66/older sending units had a bend. They both fit the in-cab tanks.

Yeah we made it work. It was a pain in the butt aft first, but she's been holding strong ever since.

You guys should be proud. This is a great looking truck. What shape is the bed in? I've seen some with that narrow bowling alley hardwood. Looks gorgeous.

Thanks for watching Ryan! Overall the truck is in great shape. The bed had a steel plate welded into it. We think the old owner was hauling something heavy. This winter we're planning on taking that steel plate out, and making it a wood bed again. Keep an eye out for more videos and follow along on Instagram @thebrothersworkshop.

We literally have no idea how to tell. I've looked all over the block and can't figure it out. Any ideas how we can figure this out?

Better off without the clear “fire starter” fuel filter anyway.

Thanks for watching John! We couldn't agree with you more. Apparently NAPA doesn't carry them anyways.
