Joe explains the benefits this G-Comp suspension kit brings, including new truck arms and crossover, plus coil overs for ride height adjustment and performance. First comes prep. We removed the brackets, pan hard bar and factory cross member. Next, we size everything up to make sure it fits. We can eliminate mistakes now, before the coat of paint or powder coat makes it difficult. The new cross member goes on, then the truck arm brackets and arms. Next, Joe installs the Ford 9” Housing for 1967 - 72 GM Trucks goes on. Joe explains how to mockup ride height and pinion angle to figure out where the panhard bar bracket goes for welding later. Next, the panhard bar goes on with some adjustment room. Finally, Joe explains how to assemble the coil over kit that is included with the G-Comp rear suspension kit, before installing it.
