How to install Stable Diffusion on a Mac using invokeAI.
invokeAI version 2.4 currently has the following Stable diffusion models available: stable-diffusion-1.5, inpainting1.5, waifu-diffusion 1.3, trinart-2.0, trinart-characters 2.0, papercut 1.0, voxel-art 1.0
This tutorial takes you through the steps of downloading the invokeAI stable diffusion installer from Github. We then run two shell scripts, and configure a few settings in terminal. Finally, we launch the local website hosted by default at 127.0.0.1:3000/ to run the local installation of stable diffusion.
I am currently running on an M1 Mac with 16GB ram on Ventura 13.1 Mac OS X

This toolkit is a great way to access stable diffusion on your computer without having to pay a service online, setup a Google colab for 10 minutes, or wait in queue times. I'm loving using my invokeAI and hope this tutorial is helpful for you.
