You know what I found amazing about posing? How hard it actually is to do so! Noel definitely helped me learn how to pose better but damn, it hurts 😂. I cramp a lot, when holding a pose. I can only imagine how tough it is for guys on stage being dehydrated, dry and shredded trying to hold those poses. Also, my wife likes to bust my stones when she sees me posing. “You looking at yourself again? You know what you look like” Makes me laugh every time 😂

Hi noel I'm still 16 years old and I can't go to the gym yet because I'm not 18 years old. I don't even if 16 year old dudes are allowed to go to the gym. But i didn't go anyways all i can do now is sit ups, push ups, squats, jogging, and use stationary bike. And i play some of your videos as a speaker while doing exercises at home. Everytime i watch your videos and to be honest there are so many gym chads on social media that motivates me and you are one of them. Thank you man. ❤

That's how I started as well. Where I live some gyms have an age limit of 14 but most only allow 16 and overs. You need a parental consent form and of course talk about it with your parents and don't do dumb shit in the gym haha.

Never in my entire lifting life, did I ever think posing would be apart my regiment! I don't do it for competing or for pictures. I just simply do it for that mind-muscle connection. Absolutely love these tutorials. Just spending a little time flexing after a workout has really boosted my confidence. The Most Muscular pose is definitely a tough one for me. I am a teenager 15 years to be exact and i got fat...not actually obese but the bad thing is my fat proportion is more to my thighs or hips and chest and not much in stomach AND i have muscles that are noticable in my arms and have huge calfs without any exercise or sports and i am hairy af...out of all these factors i am reminded only of the fat and people tried to demotivate me normally i am not offended and take it as a fact and try to improve myself. I don't know why i am writing this but i just want to thank you mr Noel because whenever you pop up in my sub feed i get extra motivation so thank you i hope you keep making vids ❤ Also i have about 20-30 dollars to buy protein because i can't eat eggs or meat i am finally allowed to get protein and also started working out consistently for about 2 weeks now, any advice would be more than appreciated!!
