Yes, his explanation on how to manage the doggie makes complete sense. But due to the recent hype from the other side, ppl missed out on his good stuff! It's such a pity as they're now so biased that they see everything he does as bad! 😬

You definitely need to do some more dog park videos and dog etiquette with respect to going into and hanging around in the dog park. We walk and play with our 4yr old Boxer everyday. About once a month we kennel our female for the weekend. I'm lucky that the kennel I take our boxer to has outdoor socialization time for the dogs. Our female really enjoys her weekend being a dog. She always comes home happy and needing a bath. Well worth the bath time and money.

I got a GSD Husky mix and since getting him I go to a dog park daily. He has soooo much energy. It is nice seeing a trainer not just talk crap about parks. I haven’t had any issues of note, though like you I pay attention to everything. Especially because my older 12 yr GSD mix can occasionally be a little grouchy.

My large dog was doing huge poos and all of sudden started to refuse "pedigree" and all other supermarket dog food. He just wouldn't eat it, sometimes preferring to starve for 2-3 days. I tried everything to get him to eat, scraps and left over meals from work kept him going until I found he liked. Like dog daddy said, premium food was the trick, basically they are grain-free. His poo is now half the size, very small, even though he is eating twice as much as he used to. What are they putting in the cheap dog food, sawdust or something?

I've seen GSD police dogs who are actually from Germany being taught commands in German, but was surprised to hear it on this video. I was like, why isn't he speaking Portuguese to the dogs? 🤣 I actually taught my dog commands both in English and in Portuguese, and sometimes I speak French to her too. Some commands just work better in one language than another. When she gets distracted by something and isn't listening to me, I say "Atenção!" Even from many yards away, it works every time. ("Platz" struck me as so funny; I love it. I'm from New York, where everybody uses some Yiddish words, and the thought of telling my dog to "Plotz" is hilarious. Definitely going to add some Yiddish words too. She's not a GSD (maybe 6%, according to Embark); she's mostly a cattle dog/border collie mix--now a multilingual one. 🤣)
