Hi ste! Classic video! 👏🏽👏🏽What profit would you expect to gain/ aim for pre-tax as a minimum on a £150k project buying the house out right plus refurb cost, etc. 150k all in.

That can vary massively on so many factors. Like one deal which is amazing might make you 40k whereas the other could make you loose money because of problems after problems which you did not anticipate such as having to replace all the joists or roof needed replacing. If you negotiate correctly and understand what needs to be done to add value you should be able to achieve 15% to 20% profit on flips but education is important
