This was me 30 years ago (I'm 5'8"). Back then, we didn't work out on our legs. Just went out and did it. My first dunk was at 16 and it was a reverse dunk (I was 5'6" at that time). If I came up during these times and trained the way these guys do, eating and working out and sleeping, I'd probably be able to get my arm up to the armpit in the rim.

@aChristian4RonPaul
4 жыл бұрын
Oi vey, so much misunderstanding! I must correct :) He was saying that he usually does low weight, high rep. That's what he was referring to as "not a heavy lifter". Then he contrasted that with some days where he pushes it and does 300 or 350 one day. This is not the "not a heavy lifter" that he was referring to, but rather he considered these types of days as lifting heavy. @EDP ForPresident - Jalen wasn't referring to himself lifting that much. He was referring to the dinker that was being interviewed and referencing what he said around 2:22 of the video.
