“Don’t try to understand women. Women understand women and they hate each other” Al Bundy

I think this is one reason why women who work together in an office can (not always) create a toxic environment. My wife has been in banking for years and the worst stories she tells are when the offices are mostly women. I worked in an office years ago myself where I was one of 3 men in about 20+ women and it was ALWAYS drama. The women who were managers always came to me to make phone calls to clients that they didn't want to make. Oh, and by the way, my wife and I have 3 daughters, and we have raised them to NOT be the drama that everyone else talks about. People do NOT like artificial drama!

It's not a man's job to keep a woman happy. Men have tried this approach and still wound up in divorce court. It's the woman's job to keep HERSELF happy. Men can find many ways of feeling content and happy with the way life is going, but women can often question reality which leads to ambiguity and confusion, which stifles the relationship. Find a woman who can keep herself happy long-term without your input. That's what men want. Easier said than done.

If a woman is not obligated to help a man, then the man is not obligated to help her either. Partnership is always a two-way street. Being emotional (what makes us human; so we are supposed to lose our humanity) --> I always see it when a man has a longterm relationship that seems to work. Such men gave up showing their emotions. They lost a crucial part of themselves. You can perceive it when you look in their eyes or when you pay attention to the tone of their voices. 2. Not saying anything about someone's opinion regarding your woman if you don't feel like it (you basically need to criticize good friends or relatives you like, best way to destroy the relationship you have with them) --> I don't want to continue the list. The things that woman don`t want to hear from a man: 1. Not complaining about the work and his problems and his negative fellings. - NO JUST WORK HARD! I`M NOT WITH YOU TO SUPPORT YOU, I`M ONLY HERE FOR MY BENEFITS! 2. Always defend your woman. BUT SHE IS ALLOWED NOT TO AGREE AND SUPPORT YOU IN COMPANY OF HER FRIENDS. HER FRIENDS ARE ALWAYS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU. (She can change the guy but she will never break up/damage her long term relation) 3. I can`t hear it anymore.... Of course there are standard certain traits that a man should have, but they should be appreciated by the woman.

1:50 and this is wrong female behavior, because only thing that man want is kiss, hug, be with man together at the same side... the worst thing is to argue, trying giving solution to man, or even be at the other side of conflict, blaming man... man don't need solution, he needs emotional support from his woman...
@fabricio_santana

You are absolutely right! Those two principles are the most important: not being overly emotional (not acting like a woman) and always defending your woman, especially from family members. My very wise and erudite philosophy professor has given many classes teaching exactly this. If you figured this out for yourself, you have an awesome intuition.

2:10 so what you are saying is that a man should support and make happy her partner, but the partner should not support a man because you think that is how things should be? Come on, both partners should help each other equally. You want to have your cake and eat it, that's how it looks to me. Sad to hear your opinion about being a woman in a relationship is being an emotional doormat, and just take from the men infinitely. PLEASE, STOP PRETENDING YOU CAN LECTURE MEN ON HOW TO TREAT A WOMAN JUST BECAUSE YOU BELONG TO THAT GENDER, it seems to me your opinion on this matter is narrow and blinded by many personal biases. I recommend you read some books about how the men brain works. This video disappoints, but I was seeing this pattern coming on your 2 videos before this one, since you said your call was making videos, well maybe it is, sure you can narrate and compose, but I am just hearing you spitting venom from your mouth, and I don't like it.

@@skinnytimmy1 Is kind of a misconception is not that they don't care is mostly that woman want you to solve your problems by yourself. Woman that actually like you or LOVE YOU, share your feelings, want for you to feel good, to see you happy and thriving. My experience. It's a waste of time, money, and energy. She can still disrespect a man, no matter what she gets. Lie to him, cheat on him, use him, and back stab him. This is why people should not causally date. What you are talking about is not a real relationship. They are two individuals who happen to be together. A woman is supposed to be the support. He should be able to confide in her and when it's foggy for him, she should be equipped to be the beacon of light and provide thoughtful reasoning to keep him from crashing into the shore. Your opinion is from the viewpoint of someone who puts themselves first. Which is a woman who does not want to deal with her mans problems. Honestly this woman should not be with anyone. When it comes to making her happy. You cannot make someone happy if they are not happy with themselves. He shouldn't have to do stuff for her to make her happy and she shouldn't have to do things to make him happy. When two people compliment each other this is all that is needed for happiness to be achieved in a relationship.

What is going on with Keira? Is she having a really bad week? This is her second stinker video in a row, after a long winning streak of videos that established her as one of the top up and coming internet stars to watch... I mean, to be honest, some parts of this video were fine. I understand the part about reassuring a woman, defending her, all of that makes sense to me. What doesn't make a lick of sense to me is how Keira is constantly talking up women's desire to have children as a barometer for whether a man is marriage material. Newsflash! This is no longer 1956. Having a family is hard nowadays. I should know, i live in a place where rents are like $2500 for a tiny studio, prices of homes for sale are skyrocketing and mortgage interest rates make is practically impossible to buy a home. And what about the cost of child care? Both my parents are still working to pay their mortgage and taxes, they couldn't help me take care of a child even if they wanted to. So i guess what Keira is saying is only rich men who make so much money their prospective wives will not have to work can dream about finding a modern day women... Where does that leave the other lesser men who are desperate for companionship? Men like me? We need a partner as well! Chances are if i ever find a girlfriend she will have to be ok with working full time to keep our heads above water financially speaking and she probably won't be able to plan on having more than one baby at most (and in today's economy even that is pushing it) which means that if Keira is right men like me better get used to being lonely bachelors... Usually when i watch Keira's videos i feel empowered but the last two have made me feel even more depressed about myself. A lot of people view her as role model (despite her young age) but her last two videos have brought a lot of us nothing but trepidation and depression (which for a lot of people leads to more stress eating and additional weight gain).

I told you she was a narcissistic materialistic delusional shallow con artist and fraud from the get go, and you railed on me for calling her out. I saw through this sham from the get go. She's dispensing relationship advice when all she knows is a broken home, a single mother, and she obviously has not had a successful long term relationship. If it wasn't so pathetic and absurd, it would be comical.
@ChristFollower_777

The only video I've "watched" was the video called "men are simple", and idk why so many people agree with this? She's just basically saying stuff like how it was back in the day, men only caring about work, sex, and woman only caring about pleasing men and bearing children. If people do that and are happy fine, but it's not the 1840s anymore, woman can be more than a housewife, and man can do more than work and sex. I"m in a relationship with a girl, we love each other very much and we always share and listen about our worries, or anything going on in our lives, and it makes our bond stronger. Then again, besides this 2 videos, I haven't watched anything, but to me just with those, it sounds like a female Andrew Tate, saying woman are lesser and man shouldn't share their feelings, which is dumb. Then people that think like that wonder why no one likes them and are alone.

What I like about Keira is that she understands and respects the needs of men, but she does not thus defend men and criticise women a priori. Rather, she tells it like it is. For example, she says that the woman wants the man to protect her and not give her the negativity of his problems, the man should solve it for himself without burdening her, the woman only wants the good profits off the man, the woman doesn't wanna charge herself with his problems, although he has to charge himself of those of hers. This puts the woman in a bad light, no wonder women usually have the appellative of "B...", but no matter, Keira describes this and not because she wants to put one or the other party into a bad light, simply because she objectively describes the psychology of women and men, without personal interference, albeit not without a good pinch of her own personal passion in the subject matter. Brava Keira! 😄👏 however, I do wonder when the hell will someone firmly say (not just as it always happens what a man has to do to deserve a woman and keep her happy and blabla, rather) what for once a woman gotta do to freaking deserve a man and keep him happy... but you know, we live in a society of female privilege, it's only about what men should do to deserve a woman, it's always about men having to split into four in order to please her, it's never the other way round, men's needs are even ridiculed by mainstream medias, we men just have to obey quiet and silent, else: "you're sexist! go to jail, you patriarchal pig" 🤣 Ah, women... ☕

This is just telling men what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear, and it's harmful. A good place to start is communication, which includes talking about emotions and feelings.
