How to find out and check the Honda Revo Absolute CDI, the blade with the carburetor is still alive, good or dead or damaged.
The first step we have to do is:
1. check the white spool from the spool, make sure there is a current and go straight to the kiprok above right.
2. Check the green wire on the spool as a spool.
3. The blue wire, the yellow line, is a positive pulser and goes directly to the CDI and how to check it, we can use a gas lighter with an LED light.
then the next step we check on the kiprok:
1. white wire make sure there is current from the spool
2. the green cable as the time for kiprok make sure it is attached to the body or motor frame.
3. make sure the red wire has current going out and going into the battery plus directly. And usually if the red wire doesn't have a current, the kiprok is damaged.
then check the battery current that comes out through the fuse and make sure it is connected to the contact. and also the red battery line or kiprok after the contact is turned on, it must reach the oin of the cdi socket. if there is no current it can be caused by a broken ignition key. all don't use the ignition, then we can connect the red wire with the red wire with the black line on the cdi socket pin.
4. the yellow wire is the light path leading to the on of switch and has nothing to do with the ignition path.
then for the cdi path is:
1. The red wire, the black line, is the output current from the 12 volt battery or the red kiprok after the contact is turned on.
2. The green cable is for the mass line and make sure it is connected to the body or motor frame.
3. The blue wire, the yellow line, is used as a pulser and make sure there is a current. And check it using an old gasoline lighter with a lamp.
4. the black wire and the yellow line are the output current from the CDI that goes to the coil and make sure there is current.
and if the cable does not emit current, it is certain that the cdi is dead. on the condition that we have checked all the ignition components that I described earlier.
And also make sure the green wire is in the coil, make sure it is connected to the body or frame of the motor. And if the black wire, the yellow line, has current, then the output from the coil has no current going to the spark plug, then the coil is damaged.
