In this video, I explain and demonstrate all the steps to layout a children's book using Word to prepare your PDF file for uploading on KDP for a paperback book. This method uses full-page JPG illustrations (which should already have on hand) along with other text-only pages and text and image pages. It includes how I setup the margins, page size in Word and insertion of my images. PLUS, learn how to view your final PDF file with side-by-side pages the way it will appear in the printed version of your book. The trim size used in this example for my children's book is 8 1/2" X 8 1/2".
