Thanks for another interesting video! Any chance you could go a little into reflection lighting? Not for stills, but how to practically control reflections on glasses and earrings when also lighting the figure. I have read LS&M and know it's an angles game, still have a hard time figuring out how to do it on set, where space is so limited and often you can't squeeze another diffusion panel with a softbox in to cover the angles.

Not for stills? So video lighting? It’s so difficult without knowing the particulars of a set or lighting tbh. As you say, it’s often about very tiny angle adjustments.

@@easystudiolighting sorry, I meant to say "not for still life". Just lit a series of portraits where the model wore glasses and would have liked to highlight the brand's logo, but keep the overall lighting on the face. I thought there were maybe some best practices for situations like that.

So you're close but this isn't how he lights it. I know this because it me that lights it 😂 Your set is way too small for a start. And your kinda close with the light setup but only about 60%

That’s cool J, good team to be on. But yeah the goal is always to help people develop and learn. Assistants have even offered behind the scenes images but that’s not the aim. It’s more about talking thru styles and building knowledge and trying to also keep it achievable. 🤝
