I've always known I have great intuition, even been complimented on it growing up. Your last point about fears though, haha, I've been lying to myself about not trusting relationships anymore so I've become my dad. A cold hearted, pragmatic, womanizer. But trying to regain that gift has been waking me up from my self-induced coma. Thanks for the info. Appreciate it a lot.

Healthy Eating/Intuition for me: I buy the foods that my logical mind tells me to buy, then at home I let myself eat whatever I crave. The catch is I only have healthy food so if I want a hot chocolate I have to throw some oat milk, honey and cacao together. Boom. Want a candy bar? Of course eat as much as you want, but they'll be with oats, nuts, dates and dark chocolate and you need to want them enough to make them. It's a very easy way to cut out unhealthy food for me. I don't get those cravings anymore because I know I can have it whenever I want, just not like that.

Having a growth mindset and lot of self-love has made me listen to my intuition more. It's like, the more you are willing to continuously improve yourself towards better goals and habits - your intuition gradually gets sharpened and you are able to make better decisions. It has never been an overnight ability. It is still really a challenge sometimes since it takes a lot of discipline and hard work. The key is to stay committed towards self-improvement. ❤ Thank you for this lovely video Meghan ❤

@CarolineOxfordIntuitionHub

Can totally relate. Easiest way for me to tell the difference is anxiety for me is usually future focussed (worrying what might happen etc) or past related (things I've done or experienced) where as intuitive hit whether it feels good or not so good generally relates to the here & now, & is an objective knowing, that comes in out of nowhere - before our logical mind has had thd chance to kick in.

I think resonance is important key part of intuition, also it’s important to study what makes you “comfortable” sometimes we are comfortable with things that are not good for us, especially when you’re not healed or have been through past abuse. We can judge based on negative past experiences. of course this is just for particular scenarios.

This is probably going to sound weird but I grew up in a very conservative religious background. My whole childhood I was repeatedly told that you can't trust your own intuitions. That we are inherently bad and cant trust our own thoughts. I have left that belief but still struggle with trusting and hearing myself after shutting it down for so long. The tips you gave are so helpful. I will be using them.

One thing I know for sure this whole intuition thing isn't an exact science, however the more we acknowledge it & act on it, the stronger it gets. Following the small subtle signs to start with, helps build the trust & confidence in it. Have fun with it 😊
