I started do something like this last week! For years, I always ate breakfast in my room (at least on week days), and last week I started to eat it outside, in my garden. It was a change that brought so much light to my day, and now I'm experimenting everyday different places to eat breakfast outside my house. Loved the video!

I'm on the same page as you! I think it depends WHO you spend your time with... I know for me, some people drain my energy and don't make me feel good to be around..so I avoid spending time with them, BUT I do have people in my life that bring light into my life, and make me feel good to be around! But being an introvert I definitely prefer to spend more of my time by myself!

You are so adorable. I started about 6 years ago changing my life. With the changes I have been homeless 3 times, ending up living with a friend or relative. Sucks to be me!? NO! I've been unconciously doing this recently... A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine and I started meeting up once a week in a coffeeshop in our area to just work together. We're both freelancers/artists and we needed something to get more motivated. We've been going to a different place every week to 'get to know' our neighbourhood. I realise now I remember every single time we went, even though I just did the work I would've done at home at my desk as usual... Very good video, I didn't watch it at first because I felt I didn't need it, but now I did, I feel like I've learned something very important to being more content with your usual life.

Great video! Thank you so much for your concrete advices. :) I already apply the "make plans and stick to it" rule and it has helped me so much to experience new things and to feel fulfilled at the end of my day. What also helps me a lot is to make the choice to really be in the present moment. What I mean by that is: truely caring about your daily tasks and trying to make the best out of every moment (listening with a lot of attention to a lecture at uni without thinking already about the next one or what I will eat for lunch after, walking in the street and looking around instead of being always in a hurry and seeing the minutes i am "loosing", etc.). Thanks again and please continue !

I have tried dot painting, make roses out of ribbons, collaging, and a few smaller things in the last couple weeks as I work to recover from depression. When I think about it now, it scares me to live like that..that your whole life could just flash by while you’re focused on contracts, clients, profit, networking, legacy and all. I just want to be able to sit down and look at the bees in the garden all day if I wanted to. Funny thing is I can’t afford that 😭 because life, bills.
