How To Live In Alignment Series: Part Eight:
Values Examples of To Live Below Our Means + Like What Others Don’t:
Most are centered around avoiding crowds (what most are attracted to), so avoiding: large events, tourist attractions, restaurants, mid-late day outings…the times and places people flock to for fun or excitement, we tend to avoid.
We don’t like “crowd” energy.
Public transportation doesn’t fit in that category, because the energy is more demure (no one really seems that excited about being there).
We will be going on a cruise, but it’s almost a 2 month cruise so it aligns. It’s our first cruise though, so we’ll see…especially at the ports…we’ll be establishing a routine, being creative, living our life in a different setting and circumstance.
We learned to like creating set, yet flexible, routines. Having a daily cadence to the day that lifts us up and isn’t stressful.
We like being together 24/7, which is not what most people like.
Before, we’d feel restricted, stressed, run-ragged, over-stimulated, off-kilter…
Now, we feel free, grounded, more at ease, and content with our daily life.
Some might think it’s boring, but to us, it’s bliss.
⭐️Cultivate a life worth living that you can enjoy more days than not.
