I found when you pull off those pegs to criss over i put safety pin markers so that it is easier and that i dont loose the yarn. I dint know what the markers are called but look like a safety pin. I use them in looming alot because i can take them of uf the pattern changes. You can get at Joanns. Im definitely going to do this right handed because it was awkward. But i think i will live how it turns out. Using bernat blanket yarn. Thanks for the video

If able to help that would be greatly appreciated! :) i love love love your tutorials!!

Amanda Embree hi! Sorry, we don't have the written version of this pattern (just some written directions here in Spanish: www.tuteate.com/2014/12/03/teje-unos-mitones-trenzados-en-telar/ ). However, it is as you said: Round #1 and #2 P, P, K, P, K, K, K, K, P, K, P, P on each half. Then Round #3 is the same but wrapping twice when working the 4 K in the middle of the pattern. And then the Round #4 is the same but, before working the 4 K in the middle of the pattern, you need to move the loop from the first and the second peg of them to the fourth and the third peg, and then move the loop from the third and fourth to the first and second.

Love the design & the video! But I had an issue in a few spots. First, it's not really clear on what to do with the tails of yarn from the slip knot (the one from very first starting the project, the one from the thumb hole, and the on from finishing the top) so what I ended up doing since I used 2 strands of yarn as one is just tying a knot & trimming the ends close to the glove. Second issue was I had trouble attaching the thumb part to the hat. I successfully sewed the thump part together, but when attaching the bottom of the thumb part to the glove it was unclear on how to sew both sides of the thumb part to the glove without closing the thumb hole. Do you have any suggestions on how to do this & also how to solve the issue with the yarn tails so I can make the 2nd glove to match my first? :)
@Tuteate
9 жыл бұрын
Carli Stewart hi! Thank you for your message :) We usually don't show how to hide the tails in our videos. We hide them on the wrong side, using a needle to help us, and weaving around some stitches. Hope this helps!
