i may be slow. so dice them up boil for about 5 min, drain them throw them into a pan that's with oil or butter? add seasoning?

You know what? I literally searched “what to make using potato and tomato” and this video came out, well it doesnt have tomato on it but i still watched it. I’m like, “this is easy enough”, so i made it. Anyways the other dish i make with the tomato is tomato egg stir fry, both ended up super good and goes good with each other.

Tip: wash the potatoes after they’re cut to get rid of any starch and they won’t crumble as easily in the pan! You can also dry the potatoes off to get them crispier!

Make sure you let them soak in water before boiling to get the starch out and then let them dry after boiling before double frying in pan. Crisp CITY❤
