Great video, informative as always. I’m not sure that 10 listings/hour is easily achievable though. When you take into account sourcing, testing, cleaning, picturing, listing, postage prep and posting. It would make an interesting video to see how fast you and AirVal could do all of that though!

The biggest problem I have is when I go to seek a game, let’s say a $5 game, and there are dozens others listed at prices like $2.99 with free shipping. They cost like $3.50 to ship so I don’t even know how that is possible

Great video very honest but I just wanna say take it slow!!! Don't jump in and think you're gonna make all this money right away. It takes time. Also don't think just because you have something rare or mint all of a sudden it's just gonna sell once you list it... it takes time! Be patient, don't put yourself at risk. I did that and am in a bit of a pickle ☺ God will guide me through but boy did I jump all the way into the deep end before I knew what to expect realistically, as far as turn-around time is concerned. And list as you go!!!! Don't buy a thousand things and then think you're gonna list it all later. List as you go to make your money back (and ideally profit) so you can keep buying to restock! Thanks 👍 😊

I'm lucky when I can find videogames for $5.00 a game and that's low end. Everything is very expensive in games and people don't want to sell their games for that price unless it's in horrible shape and not great games.

Likewise how is he getting $10 for used games? Over here you can't even sell used games for £2 with free shipping. Only games that I've sold for good money have been a couple of 2003 games that were still factory sealed..

Question. So if you buy a game for 100 then sell it for 130. You make 30 dollars profit. Ebay takes 13 percent which would bring it down to around 16 dollars profit. Then you have your 15 percent the Government takes at tax time which would be 4.50. So your net on that would be about 12 dollars or so for what should be a 30 dollar profit. This isn't including shipping product costs. So I am having trouble seeing how you make money. I'm trying to start a business. Any tips or comments on this? Sorry for the long comment

@@alanburns9466 1. if they don't know what they have, it's obviously a win win. You have no moral or ethical obligation to maximize their profit. They're not running a business in that case, so it's your income at stake, not theirs. 2. You would be giving them liquidity which is a service that comes at a cost. Their ability to sell the game is a factor, and accepting your money means they believe the time saved is worth the loss of profit. 3. If they don't care, there's truly no moral quandary. lol If there's a case to be made, I'm not seeing it here.

@@alanburns9466 No, I'm not missing the point. You failed to identify a single compelling ethical violation. My company does hundreds of thousands in revenue a year-I have no quandaries about my work. I provide a valuable service to people and my customers are happy. Business, done well, is nothing to be ashamed of. Immoral people exist in all financial classes of society. It's not a capitalist problem, it's a function of human nature. Lots of asshole poor people who will rob and commit other immoral acts as well. There MAY be an argument that .. buying video games for a low price to arbitrage is immoral. But you failed to make that argument. You can dismiss me, but you're the one who is ethically illiterate here.

What I have done in the past is called eBay directly and explained what I was doing. Once they realize that you are a real person and have made some sales, they will be willing to raise your limits. In my experience I have had multiple stores get their limits raised in their first weeks just by calling eBay.

Solid video sounds like I’m in the right path. Do you think you could do a video of games that sell the fastest like a top ten for each system? I’m at the 4 month mark. I have a Jfj easy pro maybe selling 3-6 games a day. I been getting lucky on sourcing. I buy all of my shipping supplies in bulk online and re use any of my own packaging. Although this is a side hustle in my time I really enjoy it and want to have it grow to your level.
