Mace (Javitri) 1 piece
Cinnamon (Dar Cheeni) 2 pieces
Nutmeg (Jaifel) 1/4 piece
Coriander (Daniya) 2 tbsp
Cumin (Zeera) 2 tbsp
Cloves (Loong) 1 tsp
Make powder of these spices.
Ghee 1kg
Fry the chicken till it turns white. Do not over-fry it.
