havarti goes amazing on a grilled cheese! as for that cheese effect, i recommend making a slice in the pan, put a small splash of water, then cover to really let the cheese melt from the steam. always gets the cheese the perfect texture and you get a glorious cheese pull! love the vibes in the video!

Overall? Excellent! Brioche? Heck yeah! But Swiss cheese? Nonononononononono! (It's the only cheese I don't like!). And I'm a big proponent of the diagonal slice. Thanks for this fun video!

If you want the "cheese effect", you need to add a slice of American Cheese in the middle of the other cheeses. American Cheese contains Sodium Citrate which allows the cheeses to melt without splitting. Good bread selection, but you should be applying small pressure to the bread and rotating throughout the cooking process. Hope this helps! Great Attitude!

You have to try spreading a little mayo on the outside of the bread (instead of butter)- makes it toast so well! I know it's weird but it really works lol (and I'm going to add havarti to my cheese rotation- thank you!)
