Why do not you use paper clip wire, stead steel wire, to work with clevis? They are easier and softer to work and can made with thin copper wire, for example. Good fishings!

I should like add more : stead of steel wire I sugested add paper clipe wire, but you can also using safety pins or another skofter wires. Good luck!!

Hello Eliseo!. The pliers are called "Round Nose Pliers" or "wire looping pliers". The pliers are often sold for jewelry making and wire art. For this reason, they may be easier to find in a craft or D.I.Y. store than in a fishing tackle shops.
