1 1/2 cups of flour
10 tablespoons of butter, sliced or cubed
One egg with 2 1/2 tablespoons of cold water
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of melted butter
Three eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups of milk
Six strips of diced bacon and diced ham
Shredded cheese of your choice
Combine one and a half cups of flour, 10 tablespoons of butter and the one egg with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water in a food processor and pulse crumbly. Then mush it all together and with rolling pan, smooth it out and place it in your pipe pan.
And then combine your three eggs, slightly beaten, and you’re one and a half cups of milk. to the pie crust at a layer of bacon cheese ham and then pour in your egg and milk mixture. Add more bacon and ham top with cheese and then add your melted butter and bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes.
