This is awesome. How cute if these were small, and several were sewn down the back of a Chanel-style tweed jacket! (I know this for home decor, but I'm obsessed with fashion design and always looking for new tips and tricks for my channel!) Thanks for such great inspiration!

Love your accent and was gonna ask where you are located but I looked in the description box and got my answer. The bowdabra is perfect for holding bows and mesh. Don't think that I have used it in any other way. I too love anything Victorian. I have subscribed to my fellow Southerner !! ✌🏻❤

I really do love yall work thank you for doing what yall do. I was wondering if you might answer a few simple questions for me I am new to all this crafting but I love doing it. I was wondering this bow what would be the smallist and bigest wreath would you use these measurements for.and do you think if my material was only 30 inches long would it still look good on a 14 inch wreath ? thank you in advance I realize that yall are very busy so any info you could give me would be great an thank you again

oh and could you also tell me what you think the min number of loops there should be and should I just put the lace loop just on top or mix the lace loops throughout? Im trying to learn as much as I can I think I might want to start a small local business and I think all the proper measurements would help keep my initial investment down

This is so beautiful. And seems so easy!! I have a couple questions and I hope y'all see this because I am late on watching this. My first question is how many strips did you use for the tails of the bow approximately? I know you used 10 for the loops but just wanted to know about the tails.😊💖😊 And my next question is, I don't have a bowdabra, so how would I be able to hold down the bow while making the loop? I know it will be hard to do that but any suggestions would help! Thank you!💖😊🌹😄
@GraceMonroeHome
5 жыл бұрын
Hi Mandy, you can probably hold all the loops in your hand, but it's much easier with the Bowdabra!! Also, I'm not sure how many strips I used, but after you cut the 10 for the loops, then I used the rest of the materials for the strips. :)

I like the scrunched up look on your wreath bow. I think I will soak my material strips and scrunch, then let dry. That will also give the finished bow different lengths for the streamers. What do you think?

How should we form the loops if we don't have a bowdabra?
@triciasullivan3432
5 жыл бұрын
Thank you for showing how to do this. I saw one on a beautiful Mother's Day wreath & wanted to know how to do it. Their bow was either fuller at the top, or somehow fashioned to have the loops also over/above. Is there a way to do that by adding additional loops, or do you think they just situated them & hot glued them into place on the wreath? Thanks
@GraceMonroeHome

Tricia Sullivan thanks so much for watching! You can make smaller loops so they will stand out more. 😊
