It's a simple mixture of whipped cream and cream cheese, but it makes a delicious cheesecake that is smooth to the touch.
Rare Cheese Cake
(Ingredients) 15cm (5.9 in) diameter round (700ml)
80g butter cookies
2 tablespoons milk (or melted butter)
200g fresh cream
60g sugar
200g cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8g gelatin powder
50g water
(How to Make)
Mix crushed cookies with milk and spread on the bottom of the mold.
Add water to the gelatin to make it fluffy.
Beat the cream with the sugar.
Soften the cream cheese and mix in the sugar and lemon juice.
Heat the gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve it completely.
Mix the cream cheese and cream together.
Add the gelatin and mix.
Pour into a mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
