Last week, I looked at buying a small (cheaply made) cover for one of my super-sharp nano point applique scissors; the purchase price was $10?! I love your idea! Uses up my scraps and costs me nothing! Thank you! Could I use some scrap batting? I had some basting spray that I can spritz in there as I go along to keep the fabric adhered to the batting. Vanessa, what do you think?
@TheCraftyGemini

Ann Witten Hi Ann. Glad you 're gonna give it a go. Yes, you can use batting. If you find the first one to be too flimsy make it with two layers of batting. Hope that helps!

We used to use scissors to cut pizza when I was a kid. It would drive our mom crazy using her fabric scissors for our pizzas, paper, and to cut weeds and trim the yard (before weed eaters). That a really cute idea!

Awesome I couldn't of found this video at a better time. I had been trying to figure a solution for storing my scissors for a while and this is a good starting point for me and my plans to help organize. Do you have a suggestion for how I might could make a sort quick access storage system for my scissors and other items that could be hung up, put away or in general have multiple possibilities for positioning it
