You will need:
Organic crushed tomatoes 28 ounce can, bell pepper, onion, garlic, coconut, oil, ghee or any type of fat (I recommend EVOO for salad not necessarily for cooking)we also recommend organic grass fed beef or you can use pork or veal. Spaghetti squash (one medium size fed two people)some butter, and Parmesan cheese .
The side salad is optional.
Heat your pot on a medium high heat add your oil or fat of choice, sauté your chopped onion and peppers. Add your meat and begin to cook that down. Once it starts to lighten in color add your garlic you can mince it you can chop it however, you choose. Mix everything together then add your can of crushed tomatoes, any herbs and spices of your choice I use fresh basil leaves pink Himalayan sea salt stir again at this point I also added a spicy Italian herbs or you can use just regular Italian herbs and about a teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds. Fresh basil is a staple so add a generous amount. Place cover on top and turn to a medium low heat. Or simmer
For the spaghetti squash you're going to cut it in half and scoop out the center seeds and filling add water to each half and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Once that's complete, Remove from your oven or air fryer scraping the sides with a fork to loosen up all the flesh add a half a teaspoon of water to each side again and re-bake for an additional five minutes. Once finished you can add butter and fluff the squash.
as an addition to the sauce, you can always add any other fresh herbs of your choice, cayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes to add a spice. You really can play with it however you choose but this is just a simple yet delicious recipe -salad is also a great side dish and Parmesan cheese is fantastic. I hope you all enjoy.
I typically let my sauce simmer for an hour or two if I'm not in a hurry to eat.  The sauce here really only simmered for about 35 minutes.
