Ingredients:
3 egg whites - room temp
1 1/2 cup gluten free flour
( I like almond flour, buckwheat, coconut flour) I recently use rice flour mixed with almond flour and was great
But you can use any.
2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp psyllium husk
3 tbsp ground hemp heart or flax meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 1cup very hot water
Seasoning or herbs of choice.
We really like Italian herbs and garlic and everything bagel and also some maple syrup and cinnamon for a sweet bread.

Bake for 1 hour 14 minutes cool completely before slicing
