Ingredients:
Oil for deep frying
3 Ripe plantain
1 medium size red onion
1/2 medium size white onion
1 habanero chilli
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon aniseed
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
200g of pink peanut
2 grains of selim
20g of ginger
1- 2 tablespoon of salt
