Dark Chocolate Ganache
I use 2:1 ratio 2 parts chocolate to 1 part cream quick example
200g Dark Chocolate
100g Thickened Cream
White Chocolate Ganache
I use 3:1 ratio 3 parts chocolate to 1 part cream quick example
300g White Chocolate
100g Thickened Cream
To colour add colour mill white
Equipment used today
- cake scraper
- spatulas
- knives
- scissors
- floral tape
- cake boards
- wooden dowels
