Hi friends this video is all about how to make a very nutritious, healthy Nigerian local food popularly eaten by the Nsukka people of Enugu State Nigeria (Eastern part of Nigeria) which is known as Achicha.
Achicha on its own is made out of cocoyam, which is locally processed then after which it is used to make this food which comprises of cowpea aka fiofio, onion, salt, pepper, palm oil and seasoning cube.
