Today we show how to make amazing shrimp scampi on the Blackstone griddle! This easy pasta recipe is outstanding! In fact, it's so good, you'll want to make shrimp scampi on the Blackstone griddle all the time after learning this easy pasta recipe!
Shrimp Scampi Recipe
1 lb. fresh shrimp (shelled)
2 tbs. olive oil
4 tbs. butter
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/4 cup white wine (cooking wine)
2 tbs. lemon juice
Salt and Pepper (to taste, we used roughly 1 tsp each).
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Handful of angle hair pasta
On griddle, bring one side to high heat. Place medium pot filled half way with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, place pasta in the pot (to keep pasta from sticking, you can use a small amount of olive oil). While the pasta is cooking, bring another section of the griddle to med/low heat. Once warm, place olive oil on the griddle surface, along with 1 tbs. butter, and the minced garlic. Once butter is melted, place shrimp in the oil/butter mix, and cook until all shrimp is near pink. At this point, pour in the white wine, lemon juice, a small amount of salt and pepper, and mix. Add the remaining butter and continue cooking until the butter is melted. Drain the pasta, and place the pasta on the griddle mixing it with the shrimp and sauce. Stir until pasta is mixed in the sauce (approx. one minute). Pull from the heat, place on plate, sprinkle in parsley, salt, and pepper, and serve!
