Ingredients :
1) 20 Red chilly
2) 8 greenchilly
3) 8-10 garlic (bellulli)
4) 1 inch ginger (shunti)
5) Jeera 1 tsp (jeerige)
6) Coriander seeds 2 tsp (kotthambari)
7) Pepper seeds 3/4 tsp (eddemunchi)
8) Tamarind lemon size (puli)
9) Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp (manjal)
10) Curry leaves (besoppu)
11) Salt as per taste
Method :
soak red chilly in hot water for 20 minutes
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer and make a fine paste.
Put the masala in a box and keep it in the fridge (can use 1 month)
When you bring fish take this masala as per your requirement and also put little corn floor and check the salt.Then apply this to fish and fry (deep ,thawa OR use banana leaf to fry follow the video).
