1 pork tenderloin
6 slices of bacon
2 tbsp of dark brown sugar
1 tbsp of seasoned salt
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
2 tbsp of raspberry preserves
2 drops of liquid smoke

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stir together barbecue sauce, preserves and liquid smoke together. Set aside.
Prepare rub by mixing sugar, salt and paprika together. Sprinkle desired amount on tenderloin. Save leftovers in an airtight container.
Lay bacon vertically on a cutting board. Place tenderloin towards the bottom end of bacon. Fold ends over the tenderloin and slightly roll the tenderloin until it's covered with the bacon folding over ends and tucking them underneath.
Place tenderloin in a shallow baking dish or cast iron skillet and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the barbecue sauce over the tenderloin. Cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155.
Allow tenderloin to rest 10 minutes before serving. Slice and pour pan drippings over slices.
*1/2 tsp of Ground Chipotle or cayenne pepper can be added to sauce for heat.
