How to make baked oats. In this video I will show you how to make my favorite chocolate baked oats recipe. I make baked oats in my Thermomix®, because it takes less than 5 minutes to throw the ingredients into the mixing bowl and blend on speed 5.5 then pour into a baking dish. There are many toppings you can use for baked oats, such as fresh fruit or yogurt. Baked oats are a delicious, healthy breakfast. See below for my chocolate baked oats recipe!

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 cup almond milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Blend everything in a Thermomix® on speed 5.5 for 15 seconds, then transfer to a baking dish.
2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
3. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy warm!
