Hey! We ae recreating the Banana Bread Nakd bars:
No-Bake Banana Bread Energy Bars
Ingredients:
- Dates 190g
- 1 large banana
- oats 100g
- Raisins 40g
- Walnuts 40g roughly chopped
- 20g sugar mollases
- A sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Instructions:
1. Weigh out all the ingredients
2. Mash the banana
3. Add everything into a blender and blend
4. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press down firmly to ensure the mixture is even and compact. You can use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth out the top.
5. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
6. Once the mixture is firm, lift the parchment paper to remove the bars from the pan and cut into squares or rectangles. Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
